Progress is seen when the participant attends the class weekly and/or practices at home.
A dynamic and exciting, easy to follow dance based fitness system for all fitness levels. This workout fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes and combines the principles of interval and resistance training to maximize calorie output, fat burning and total body toning.
These classes offer the different styles of Yoga at all levels of experience. Vinyasa style focuses on breath-synchronized movement and "Hatha" meaning, slow-paced and gentle.
