Walk with friends
Walkers meet at the ZOO for a 30-45 minute walk in the great outdoors, includes ALT Fridays (meet at a pre-selected alternative location) & Walk Local (visiting local shops/businesses).
These classes offer the different styles of Yoga at all levels of experience. Vinyasa style focuses on breath-synchronized movement and Hatha meaning, slow-paced and gentle.
A full body workout for strength & function, with hand weights, resistance tubes, weight poles, and Thera-bands.
This 30-minute class will focus on functional training exercises designed to increase stamina, reduce body fat and tone your body. FIT30 combines high-intensity exercises like running, jumping rope as well as strength and core work that will leave you feeling stronger and more fit than ever.
