These classes offer the different styles of Yoga at all levels of experience. Vinyasa style focuses on breath-synchronized movement and Hatha meaning, slow-paced and gentle.

This 30-minute class will focus on functional training exercises designed to increase stamina, reduce body fat and tone your body. ZOO Boot Camp combines high-intensity exercises like running, jumping rope as well as strength and core work that will leave you feeling stronger and more fit than ever.

A full body workout for strength & function, with hand weights, resistance tubes, weight poles, and Thera-bands.
This class uses hand weights and resistance bands to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Generally, the first portion of this class is conducted standing (having a chair nearby for support) and the last portion is done seated, but exercises are designed to be done from either a standing or seated position so participants can work at their own pace the entire class.
This class is designed to move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support offers a safe way to perform a variety of postures to increase flexibility & balance.
A fun beginner class for those new to fitness and the active older adult. Dance your way to a new you with Zumba!!
